Kooshi has officially obtained the Singapore Service Star accreditation since July this year. Our team is very excited and delighted that we managed to get it at our first attempt.
This is definitely not an overnight success. Prior to this accreditation, KOOSHI always strive to give our customers the best shopping experience. Be it online, over the phone or at our shop, we always advocate sincerity and warmth. We had numerous happy customers writing in to share their happy experiences but this accreditation is different. This third party recognition is a confirmation that our efforts were not wasted at all. With this program, we had mystery shoppers coming into our premise to audit the service of our providers. They are impartial and have benchmarks to measure against. With this, we are very proud to have scored well for the audit.
Of course, this is not the end of it all; in fact, it is the beginning as now our team will have standards to upkeep. We not only have to maintain our standards, we also have to ensure that we improve and score better during the next audit. You may think that this does not make any difference to the customers, but that is not true because with this “PROMISE”, our team will try out best to live up to the expectations.
As a proud member of the Singapore Service Star, we are at your service!

We are all guilty of this when we go for SALE. The excitement and thrills of rummaging through the bin is part and parcel of the sale shopping experience. Sometimes, we pull out something from the pile and didn’t think much of it. Once you put it down, someone else grabs it and then starts to hold on to it. You looked at her and you looked at the item. You wanted to tell her you saw it first but decided to be more determined to look for something more fabulous. Is it our imagination or did you just smile?
We witnessed a few of such incidences here at our open house or housekeeping sale. As we all know that samples come rare and is usually one piece only. Once they forgo it, someone else will have that opportunity. Strangely human being only wanted the things that are in demand. The law of economics! When there is ample and enough to go around, there is no desire to own it. Once it is RARE, or LAST piece, or One piece ONLY, people want it! At the end of the day, whether they wear it or not, it’s totally irrelevant. The feeling of “it’s a steal” and “I bought the last piece at this fabulous price” is enough to complete the sale expedition.
